You have probably noticed this in your life:
Knowing the truth does not necessarily bring happiness. In fact, the reverse can sometimes hold true.
The thing is this. We all need a certain amount of “delusion” in our lives. We don’t need absolute clarity and understanding of every single thing that appear in our lives.
Know the truth about the big things, the things that matter. Then let everything else slide.
And of course, the difference is knowing what the big things are from the small things. This is hard. When something is up close, it will look “big”. The trick is to push back and maintain a distance to get the real picture.
