Active Passivity

Sometimes, it is best to let situations to resolve without doing anything. Unnecessary interference may worsen the situation, or, at the very least, ruins your peace of mind.

Waiting and watching is difficult because humans have action bias. Cultivating ignorance is often wise, though unnatural. It takes practice to be passive when things are blowing up in our face.

This sounds paradoxical, and yet it’s true: In many situations, non-action is the best course of action.

Can you imagine a life where everything falls into place naturally?

Everything that happens happens as it should. Pay attention and you will know that this is true.
